Timescales

Total Poles are proud to offer a UK wide delivery service.

The majority of our poles and posts will be despatched within 3-5** working days of receiving your order. **Please note during peak time (approx April - July) our despatch time is 7 working days.

These poles include Natural Hardwood Poles, Machine Round Landscaping Poles, Play Area Poles, Gate Posts and Fence Posts.

Orders for longer lengths, new Telegraph Poles and any other custom orders have a typical delivery timescale of 3-4 weeks but this will be confirmed at time of order.

For urgent orders please notify our customer service team on 01732 884030 of your preferred timescale when placing your order.

Important Note: Please tell us if there are any access limitations at time of order. Due to the nature of the product, the access point should be wide and free of obstacles. Deliveries are made to kerbside and due to insurance we are unable to enter private residences property.

Delivery Calculations

Delivery charges will vary dependent upon the quantity and length of the pole/s you are ordering. Delivery charges are calculated using the weight of the pole/s and are correct at time of publishing on this website.
Every effort has been made to provide the most cost effective way of shipping timber poles and posts to you and there are variable pack sizes shown on the website which endeavour to ensure you can order the optimum number of poles for the lowest delivery charge available. For delivery of Shelter Kits, please note the roof and tiles will be delivered on a pallet. Delivery companies are not able to unpack pallets and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to break down and unpack the pallet in order to check all components have arrived.

Please note a signature may be required for delivery. Standard deliveries are made to UK mainland addresses on Monday – Friday.
